Conder Surgery was established in January 2006 to meet the growing healthcare needs of the Lanyon Valley region. We take pride in offering comprehensive Family Medical Care in a relaxed, friendly, and professional environment.

Our team of compassionate General Practitioners includes Dr. Svitlana Saburova, Dr. Saiful Ansary, Dr. Najat Kushada, and Dr. Naveena Sunkaraneni and Skin Cancer Accredited Doctor – Dr Qays Alsha’er, who are supported by a dedicated team of nurses and administrators, including a full-time practice manager.

Standard opening hours

Conder Surgery is a busy medical practice that operates 6 days per week. Although walk-in appointments are welcome, scheduled appointments take priority. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to book an appointment with us on (02) 6294 9366.

Opening Hours

  • Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm

  • Saturdays from 1:00pm – 5:00pm

Our opening standard hours exclude Public Holidays (operating times will be published closer to every holiday).

Bulk Billing

Bulk billing is available at this Practice for patients who meet the eligibility requirements and appointment time conditions listed below:

  • Bulk billing is available for children under the age of 16 and adults who hold a current Medicare Card.

  • Bulk billing is available to adults who hold a current Medicare Card and who are on a valid Healthcare or Pension card.
  • Bulk billing is NOT available between 8 am and 9 am or 4 pm and 5 pm, Monday to Friday with Dr Ansary, Dr Laxmi Alladi & Dr Nasibi
  • Bulk billing is NOT available between 8 am and 10 am or 3 pm and 5 pm, Monday to Friday for appointments with Dr Saburova & Dr Kushada.
  • Bulk billing is NOT available on Saturdays or Public Holidays.
  • Bulk billing is NOT available for telehealth/phone consultations.
  • Bulk billing is NOT available for procedures performed at this Practice.
