Flu Vaccine Clinic
Our clinic offers both a government and private flu shot. Government Vaccines are available for patients under the age of 5 or living with a chronic illness. For patients over the age of 65 the government provides a super vaccine in 2019. We run flu clinics throughout the flu season to make sure that everyone has the chance to be protected. Follow us on Facebook to keep up to date as to when the Flu Vaccine is available or contact our friendly staff on 02 6294 9366 to make an appointment.
We provide ongoing Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management for those individuals who meet Medicare criteria. Your GP may endorse your eligibility for this scheme and refer you to our Practice Nursing staff who have a supportive role in Care Planning/Assessments. For more information please contact our reception staff/nurses or drop in and collect a leaflet.

This allows your regular checkups to be more thorough and gives you that extra area of support should any concerns arise.
