Dr N. Al-Naser
General Practitioner (VR) MB ChB, FRACGP
Dr Al-Naser graduated in 1992 as a VR’d Medical Practitioner. Dr. Al-Naser has a special interest in minor surgery and skin cancer and has completed a certificate in primary skin cancer surgery, which he adds to his experience in minor surgeries which includes the removal of benign cysts and circumcision. Dr Al-Naser speaks English and Arabic.

Dr Svitlana Saburova
Dr Svitlana Saburova, general practitioner, graduated in 1999 from Ukraine, holds an MBBS MD (General Practice/Family medicine); Diploma in Child Health, Diploma in Primary Care Skin Cancer – Medicine and Surgery and Diploma in Advanced Clinical Hypnosis and Focused Psychological Strategies.
Dr Saburova is a member of RACGP, Australasian Academy of Anti-ageing Medicine and the Australian Medical Acupuncturist College (AMAC).

Dr Saiful Ansary
General Practitioner: MBBS, FRACGP, DD (Bangkok), DCH (Westmead)

Dr Saiful Ansary is an RACGP Fellow. He has graduated with MBBS from Dhaka Medical College (Dhaka University) and has 10 years experience of general practice and hospital medicine overseas. He has been awarded a diploma in Dermatology from the Dermatology institute in Bangkok in 2005. He moved to Australia in 2008 and worked in The Canberra Hospital, Calvary Hospital, Goulburn Base Hospital before moving to the South Coast (Bega) where he worked in various GP surgeries as a GP registrar before gaining his VR status. He attained his diploma in Child Health from Westmead Hospital in 2017 and also achieved his certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine/ Surgery. Dr Ansary applies an holistic approach to his general practice since he joined Conder Surgery in 2016 as a full time GP. He is married with two children and speaks English and Bangla.

Dr Najat Kushada

Dr Najat Kushada joined our team at the Conder Surgery as a part time GP in late 2012. Dr Kushada brought with her an extensive knowledge and an abundance of experience with over 6 years of experience in The Canberra Hospital and Calvary Hospital and a further 3 years experience as a GP in a private practice in Yass, New South Wales.
Dr Kushada has a Diploma in Child Health as well as MBBS, AMC and FRACGP.

Dr Naveena Sunkaraneni

Dr Naveena Sunkaraneni has trained and practiced in the UK. Apart from having fellowship in RACGP, she also holds additional qualifications in DRCOG and MRCGP.
Dr. Sunkaraneni has a special interest in women’s health and family planning including procedures like IUD Insertions and removals.
Apart from English, she can also speak in Hindi Telugu.

Dr Ilhaam Hameed

Dr Ilhaam Abdul Hameed was awarded MBBS degree from University of Sri Jayawardenepura in 2004 and trained in Sri Lanka. During his 5 year career in Sri Lanka he worked in Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, ICU, ED and Cardiothoracic surgery
He moved to Queensland in 2009 with his family to pursue his medical career in Australia. He worked as SHO at Caboolture hospital ED and did Medical, Surgical, Paediatrics and Anaesthesia rotations while working at the hospital.
In 2011 he moved to Canberra where he worked as an ED registrar for 5 years. During this time he did rotations in ICU and Anaesthesia.
Dr Hameed started working in Queanbeyan hospital ED in 2016 as well as working as a Locum doctor in many rural hospital EDs in most states in Australia. Dr Hameed currently works as a VMO at Queanbeyan Hospital ED and has admitting rights to Queanbeyan “in patient” unit where he looks after the in patients
He did his GP training in Cooma and became a fellow of RACGP in Jan 2021. He is interested in chronic disease management, especially in diabetes and cardiac disease, skin cancer medicine and surgical skills, men’s health, acute presentations and sports injuries. He likes holistic care of patients and preventive health.
He is fluent in Tamil and Sinhalese.
