Dr. Svitlana Saburova is an experienced General Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient centred care with a strong focus on long term health and wellbeing. She graduated in 1999 from Ukraine and has extensive postgraduate training in family medicine, child health, skin cancer medicine and surgery, dermatology, and focused psychological strategies.

Her qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery, a Diploma in Primary Care Dermatology, and a Diploma in Child Health. Dr. Saburova is also currently undertaking further studies in Aesthetic Medicine and is nearing completion of an International Diploma in Weight Management.

Dr. Saburova is known for her thorough, compassionate, and detail oriented approach to patient care. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering holistic care tailored to each individual.

Dr Saiful Ansary is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) with extensive experience in general practice and hospital medicine across Australia and overseas.

After relocating to Australia in 2008, he worked across several major hospitals including Canberra Hospital, Calvary Hospital, and Goulburn Base Hospital before settling on the South Coast in Bega. Prior to obtaining Fellowship, he gained broad experience working in a variety of general practice settings as a GP Registrar.

Dr Ansary has undertaken additional training in child health, dermatology, and skin cancer medicine, including a Diploma in Child Health from Westmead Hospital and certification in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery.

He is known for his thoughtful and holistic approach to patient care, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and delivering personalised care to patients and families across all stages of life. Dr Ansary has been a valued full-time GP at the practice since 2016 and is fluent in both English and Bangla.

Dr Najat Kushada is an experienced General Practitioner who joined Conder Surgery in 2012, bringing with her a strong background in both hospital and community medicine. Prior to entering general practice, she worked for over six years across The Canberra Hospital and Calvary Hospital, followed by several years in private general practice in Yass, New South Wales.

Alongside her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Dr Naveena also holds additional qualifications including the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG) and Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) from the United Kingdom.

Dr Naveena enjoys supporting women through every stage of life from adolescence and reproductive health through to menopause and healthy ageing with a focus on creating a comfortable, respectful, and supportive environment for her patients.

Dr Elly has particular interests in women’s health, paediatrics, mental health, skin cancer medicine and procedures, cosmetic medicine, workers’ compensation, and pre-employment medicals. She was recognised as a Specialist in Occupational Medicine in 2020 and brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to patient care.

She speaks English and Farsi and values building warm, supportive relationships with her patients.

Outside of medicine, Dr Elly enjoys spending time with her family, music, gardening, and camping.

Dr William Fong is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). He graduated from the University of Newcastle and has worked across Nepean Hospital, Lithgow Hospital, and Milton Ulladulla Hospital.

He has extensive experience in general practice throughout the South Coast of NSW and currently also works as a GP Visiting Medical Officer (GPVMO) at Milton Ulladulla Hospital.

Dr Fong has a strong interest in skin cancer medicine and is currently undertaking further training with the Skin Cancer College Australasia. He is experienced in comprehensive skin checks, skin cancer management, and procedural skin cancer surgery. He has also undertaken training in the treatment of bruxism (teeth grinding).

In addition to skin cancer medicine, Dr Fong enjoys all aspects of general practice and provides care across men’s health, paediatric and adolescent health, chronic disease management, family medicine, and emergency medicine.

Known for his approachable and attentive manner, Dr Fong takes a holistic and patient centred approach to healthcare, with a strong focus on preventive medicine and long term wellbeing. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Dr Qays Alshaer is an experienced medical practitioner with expertise in skin cancer medicine and aesthetic medicine. Dr Alshaer holds advanced qualifications in dermoscopy and skin cancer surgery and is accredited with the Skin Cancer College Australasia. He has particular expertise in the surgical management and treatment of skin cancer, including facial skin cancer surgery and complex repairs using skin flaps and skin grafts. He provides comprehensive skin assessments and procedural treatments using modern, evidence based approaches

He also holds Fellowship of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine, reflecting advanced training and recognition in aesthetic medicine. His aesthetic practice focuses on subtle, refined, and balanced outcomes through a comprehensive understanding of facial anatomy, healthy ageing, and non surgical rejuvenation.

In addition, Dr Alshaer serves as the Trainee Representative on the Board of Censors for the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine. He also holds credentials as a Visiting Medical Officer at Milton Ulladulla Hospital, where he contributes to frontline acute care and the supervision of junior clinicians.
